Founded in 1818 through the union of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, Billecart-Salmon has remained family-owned, now managed by the seventh generation. The house is celebrated for its precise and elegant Champagnes, particularly its Brut Rosé, which has become emblematic of its refined style.
Located in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Billecart-Salmon sources grapes from a diverse array of vineyards across the Champagne region, including the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. This diversity allows for the creation of harmonious blends that showcase the unique characteristics of each terroir.
