Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of the most famous wine appellations in the Southern Rhône, known for its powerful, full-bodied red wines. Châteauneuf-du-Pape allows for the use of up to 13 grape varieties, but most producers focus on Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre.
