Domaine de la Janasse, founded in 1973 by Aimé Sabon, is a family-run estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Now managed by the next generation, the domaine has gained renown for its Grenache-driven blends, crafted with a blend of modern and traditional techniques, reflecting the diversity and richness of its terroirs.
Situated in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine and cooling mistral winds, preserving freshness and ripeness in the wines.
The galets roulés and clay-limestone soils enhance the wines’ depth, structure, and aromatic complexity, creating age-worthy Rhône blends with elegance and power.
