Château Simone, located in Provence, has been producing wines since the 16th century. Owned by the Rougier family for generations, the estate is celebrated for its unique style, including its rare white wine blend. Combining traditional techniques with a deep respect for terroir, Château Simone embodies the elegance and complexity of Provence’s history.
Situated in the Palette appellation of Provence, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate tempered by cooling breezes from the nearby Durance River, ensuring freshness and balance.
The limestone-rich soils, combined with gravel and marl, provide excellent drainage and enhance the wines’ mineral structure and complexity. These terroirs are ideal for creating age-worthy and aromatic whites and nuanced reds.
