Domaine Leflaive, established in its current form by Joseph Leflaive between 1910 and 1930, represents over three centuries of winemaking heritage in Puligny-Montrachet. Originally founded by Claude Leflaive in 1717, the estate grew through Joseph’s acquisitions, creating one of Burgundy’s most prestigious domaines. Today, the estate spans 24 hectares in Puligny-Montrachet, including coveted grand and premier cru vineyards. Under the leadership of Brice de La Morandière, great-grandson of Joseph Leflaive, the domaine continues its legacy of excellence with a deep commitment to biodynamic viticulture.
Puligny-Montrachet, situated in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, is synonymous with some of the world’s most celebrated Chardonnay. Its limestone-rich soils, tempered by traces of clay and essential minerals, create wines of unparalleled elegance, minerality, and complexity.
