Château Dassault, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, has been producing refined Merlot-dominant wines since the mid-20th century. Owned by the Dassault family, the estate has embraced both tradition and innovation to craft balanced and expressive Bordeaux blends.
Based in Saint-Émilion, the estate benefits from a temperate maritime climate that supports consistent ripening and aromatic complexity in Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
