Domaine du Clos des Fées, established in the Roussillon by Hervé Bizeul in the late 1990s, has become one of the region’s most innovative wineries. Known for its Grenache and Syrah blends, the domaine combines low-intervention winemaking with meticulous vineyard care to craft bold yet balanced wines that reflect the rugged beauty of the Languedoc’s terroirs.
